On March 26, 2025, the Honorary Consul of Romania in Katowice, Professor Krzysztof Zamasz visited the key administrative institutions in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The meeting with the Świętokrzyskie Voivode Józef Bryk, General Dr. Mieczysław Bieniek, and the President of Veolia Group in Poland, Luiz Hanania, included a presentation and discussion of key aspects of the book ‘Airborne Forces – History, Purpose, and Participation in Combat Operations’ authored by General Mieczysław Bieniek. The attendees addressed, among other topics, the involvement of local government in building the country’s defense potential. The subject of solution accumulation was further elaborated during a visit to Kielce City President Agata Wojda, who is actively involved in urban infrastructure modernization.
Professor Krzysztof Zamasz, along with Luiz Hanania and General Mieczysław Bieniek, also visited Dr. Andrzej Mochoń, President of Targi Kielce and Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany. The participants shared experiences in creating innovative solutions integrating entrepreneurship, local administration, and international relations.
In the context of dynamic changes in the geopolitical situation, mentioned discussions served as a starting point for identifying areas where best practices – both of local and global nature – intersect.
