On January 15, 2025, the New Year’s Meeting of the Consular Corps took place at the The Silesian Sejm and Voivodeship Office Building.
The Honorary Consul of Romania, Professor Krzysztof Zamasz, engaged in discussions with the Silesian Voivode Marek Wójcik, Deputy Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship Leszek Pietraszek, Mayor of Miasteczko Śląskie Tomasz Respondek, and Mayor of Tarnowskie Góry Arkadiusz Czech, addressing the prospects for economic cooperation at both regional and international levels.
The gathering provided an excellent opportunity for the exchange of experiences with representatives of other consulates, including the esteemed Honorary Consul of Mongolia, Marcin Mistarz, and the distinguished Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan, Artur Nizioł.
The event transpired in an atmosphere of New Year’s optimism and symbolized the commencement of entirely novel possibilities that the year 2025 presents to the Honorary Consul of Romania in Katowice.
